Replace blades on my Cub Cadet - Brakes on - Wheels chocked - Back wheels elevated - Mowing deck up - Tied up skirt Bolts too tight. Tried WD-40, but it didn’t loosen them. Switched to lubricant, and it worked. I wore gloves when I worked with the blades.
