@911LAPD this guy took up skirt pictures and followed my fiancée from Wilcox/Selma to our apartment on Grace/Franklin. When he saw me, he crossed the street. He’s likely doing this to multiple women in Hollywood. I’ve been on hold for 40 min trying to get an officer.
